Our
Production
We process selected raw materials into high-quality films on state-of-the-art machines.
We produce biaxially stretched OPA films in thicknesses of 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30 µm and in widths of approx. 400 mm to 2500 mm. To do this, we use a system configuration specially developed in-house, which ensures consistently high quality.
In addition to the actual stretching process, the process includes heat setting for targeted adjustment of the residual shrinkage, surface activation and "ready-to-use" packaging of the film rolls, which prevents uncontrolled cold shrinkage and enables seamless further processing in the value chain. p>
We produce CPA cast films in thicknesses from 18 µm to 200 µm and in widths from approx. 400 mm to 3000 mm. The integrated surface activation is just as much part of the manufacturing process as the recipe-related interim storage and packaging to ensure stable film quality, taking into account the necessary conditioning process.
In addition, we produce CPBT cast foils in thicknesses from 20 µm to 150 µm and in widths from 400 mm to 1800 mm for special requirements. Here, too, activating the interface for smooth further processing is part of the standard process.
Depending on the product, up to 36,000 m long "mother rolls" are produced on our film lines, which are then made up on rewinders according to customer requirements.
The latest machine equipment is also available for cutting customer-specific film dimensions.
We are certified according to the following quality standards:
Our entire range of films meets the requirements of the US FDA (Food & Drug Association), the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (formerly BgVV or BGA), as well as the relevant EU directives, in particular the EU Directive 10/2011 and related Supplementary or adjustment clauses.
