Our polyamide films have broad approval for direct and indirect food contact as well as for medical applications in accordance with a wide range of national and country-specific norms and standards. Above all, relevant EU directives such as EU Directive 10/2011, the requirements of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (formerly BgVV or BGA), and the specifications of the Food & Drug Association (FDA) of the USA.

Our slides serve as:

• Substrate for printed lids, bags or laminating films for oxygen-sensitive and/or fatty foods such as meat, sausage, cheese and fish (OPA films)
• Component for all-over printed, thermoformable laminating composites for oxygen-sensitive and/or fatty foods such as meat, sausage, cheese, fish or baked goods (CPA films)
• Packaging for dry foods such as coffee, nuts and spices
• Vacuum bags for snacks and frozen foods
• Animal feed
